Join us this Nov 2nd, 2025 for the Wheels Back on Monmouth Car Show! Monmouth Street will be lined with stunning classic cars, hot rods, and custom rides.

Cars, trucks, and motorcycles are all welcome to participate

Day of event vehicle registration is open Sunday, from 9AM - Noon. Cash or Credit Card accepted for Registration fee.

Entry point for all participating vehicles is at 10th & Monmouth St, in front of the Newport City Building.

Newport Entertainment District Rules

Alcoholic beverages may be carried, possessed and consumed on Monmouth Street sidewalks from the intersection of 3rd Street south to the intersection of 11th Street, crosswalks and into Monmouth Street participating businesses in the NED during the designated days/times permitted only as set forth in these rules and regulations.
NED days/times: During the car show event times only 11AM to 5 PM
Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from a licensed alcohol vendor within the NED.
Alcoholic beverages may only be carried in a City-approved NED cup which may be purchased at any participating vendor in the NED.
Alcoholic beverages may be carried into businesses including shops, restaurants, and bars, (excluding parking lots) in the NED unless prohibited by the business.
Patrons traveling from bar to bar (or restaurant serving alcohol) should use NED-approved cups.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the NED from outside sources.
Alcoholic beverages may not be taken outside of the NED for any reason.
All state and local laws are strictly enforced in the NED including public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
All alcoholic beverage vendors shall refuse to sell or provide a City approved cup containing any alcoholic beverage to any person or persons who are visibly intoxicated.
All discarded cups must be properly disposed in waste or recycling containers. Littering is prohibited in the NED and will be strictly enforced.
NED patrons must walk on sidewalks and within crosswalks.
